The abstract book will be published as a special edition of Palliative Care & Social Practice. It will be available online prior to the congress.

If you’re interested in presenting, please navigate to the «Abstracts» section on our conference website. Here, you will find detailed guidelines on submission formats, deadlines, and review criteria. The abstract submission deadline is on 28 January 2024.

Please get your conference badge at the registration counter in front of the entrance hall of the Kornhausforum.

The certificate, which includes the relevant credits will be available after the conference has ended. Any attendee who wishes to obtain their certificate must complete the conference evaluation form.

Coffee will be provided in at the «Kornhauskeller» in the basement at all times during the conference.

Participants can manage their own registration data via ConfTool.

The programm of the conference will be available online after the end of May 2024.

Yes, we offer a discounted rate for students with a valid student ID or people from low-middle income countries. Additionally, early bird registrations, available until 14 July 2024 , will benefit from a reduced fee. Details can be found on our «Registration» page.

In addition to a displayed poster during the assigned conference days, authors can also upload their poster as an e-poster on a voluntary basis. In order to uploa a poster, authors may access “your submissions” in the conference administration tool (conftool) and click on «submit new contributions». Choose «e-Poster» and follow the given instruction. We kindly ask authors to upload their e-posters until 30 September 2024.

The help desk is located in front of the plenary hall and is available from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on each conference day.

In case you have lost something or left your jacket in the venue, please contact the help desk counter. Attention: Konrhausforum is not responsible for and does not store lost and found items after the Conference.  

Lunch will be served on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (October 22-24, 2024) from 12:30 a.m to 02:00 p.m in the «Kornhauskeller» in the basement. On Friday, October 25, 2024, a lunch bag will be provided for you.

Yes, recognizing the diverse needs of our attendees, we have set up a live stream. Registered virtual attendees will have access to one live-stream from the plenary room. Further details and the link will be provided soon on our website.

All posters are displayed on the upper floor of the Conference venue.
